Our on-site Laboratory team can design a product based on your own polymer, carrier, colour and additive requirements and can offer their wealth of experience and technical knowledge to assist in the fast and accurate formulation of a masterbatch that meets all the needs of your project. Alternatively we can match to your current specification or offer a masterbatch from our selected standard off the shelf range formulated in a universal carrier.

We can provide a next day colour match service whenever required. Once you have approved the colour of the match plaques provided to you, then we can produce a sample for you to test at your own facilities to ensure that your finished product meets all your colour, application and performance requirements. With a nameplate capacity of 7000 tonnes per annum we use a range of high speed mixers or 1 tonne ribbon blenders to uniformly blend materials and ensure product consistency. We operate 7 twin screw extruders (27mm to 65mm diameter) and one single screw extruder (80mm diameter) and offer a tints, fluorescents and photoluminescent dedicated line and a naturals and whites dedicated line.

We consider our flexibility to be one of our greatest strengths, therefore we will always do our best to accommodate your scheduling requirements, even next day delivery of production orders can be possible!
