• COLOUR AND ADDITIVE MASTERBATCH • PIGMENT BLENDS (suitable for rotational moulding) • TOLL COMPOUNDING SERVICE (genneral or speciality, short or long term contracts) A colour masterbatch is a plastic compound that contains a high concentration of pigments, predispersed in a polymer carrier and supplied in a pellet form. An additive masterbatch contains properties that provide solutions to everyday problems, for example, UV stabilisers protect the polymer from UV light-induced degradation. Additive masterbatches can be used as stand alone products or combined with colour. Both colour and additive masterbatch are designed to be used in appropriate quantities, most commonly between 1% - 5% with the base resin mix so that the correct colour and/or performance is achieved.
